Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! We want to make sure we feel good for all of it. There’s nothing worse than feeling slow, unfocused, and mentally low. These recipes have proven to work well for our family and keep at our best all day.
We tell our family that they need brain food to get them going in the morning. We have a few members of our family that don’t like to eat breakfast. At first, we figured it was just because they weren’t “breakfast people.” But, we found that they were consuming too much starch and sugar first thing in the morning. They would get their morning boost, then crash a few hours later. So, we’ve been on a mission to find food that suits our family better.
